We have created a library of thousands of structural details which specify proper connections between steel, wood, concrete, masonry, adobe, and ICF wall systems.

 

We constantly evaluate our services to find better ways to specify and/or simplify our plans and details.

Structural Design

 

We provide thorough, code compliant construction documents such as structural calculations and CAD plans/details.

Please also note there are some types of work we DO NOT do.  Specifically we DO NOT work on: 

  • Structures built without a permit. 

  • Anything related to Mobile or Manufactured Homes.

  • Residential Site Visits for owners, buyers, or realtors.

  • Projects already under Construction that we did NOT design.
